Michael Hogan is an associate in the Business Litigation, Industrial and Consumer Product Liability and Mass Torts Groups in the Philadelphia office of Lavin O’Neil Ricci Cedrone & DiSipio. He concentrates his practice on product liability and toxic/mass tort.

Mr. Hogan has experience in the following types of cases:

· Product liability litigation and the defense of manufacturers in the transportation industry, including automotive, school bus and aviation manufacturing companies

· Pharmaceutical litigation and the defense of mass tort claims for global drug companies.

Mr. Hogan received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and earned his Juris Doctor in 2009 from Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law, where he was an Inaugural Scholar and was on Dean’s List. Mr. Hogan served as the Lead Editor for Production of Drexel Law Review. He also provided pro bono legal services as an estate planning volunteer at Drexel’s 11th Street Clinic.

Prior to law school, Mr. Hogan was a technology and business process analyst for a global consulting firm. In that position, he provided services to clients in the aviation, medical device and consumer packaged goods industries. He specialized in the implementation of improved supply chain and inventory management processes. Mr. Hogan worked closely with clients to identify client-specific requirements and to train client personnel on newly implemented systems.

Mr Hogan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association.
